At Bland Landscaping, giving back to our community is a top priority. We believe in supporting causes that make a real difference through our participation in various charitable programs.
This year’s theme focuses on the importance of solidarity and compassion in the face of human suffering. How can you get involved?
- Volunteer your time with a local organization.
- Donate to a cause you care about.
- Spread kindness in your everyday interactions.
Here are a few of the places we’ve spent time volunteering this year:

Planter Class at Friends Home
This week, we had the pleasure of hosting a planter class for the wonderful residents at Friends Home.

Perimeter Park’s Earth Day Celebration
We’re always happy to celebrate Earth Day! Perimter Park’s Earth Day celebration included education, plant distribution—and more.

Field Day with Students in Burlington
We had the opportunity to work with high school juniors and seniors learning about hardscape installation basics. Who doesn’t want to learn how to construct a back yard fire pit?

Helping Out at Interfaith Food Shuttle Farm
Our Foster Lake Eastern Division crew spent the morning lending a helping hand with a variety of different tasks at the Interfaith Food Shuttle Farm where their dedicated staff ensure fresh, healthy food reaches those who need it most in our community.

2024 Day of Service
On Valentine’s Day (2024) we shut down operations so our management teams, corporate team, and crew foremen could have the opportunity to give back to the communities where our staff live, work, and play.
Every little bit counts! Let’s continue to work together to build a more resilient and inclusive community.
