Get to know some of our Apex H-2B team at West Park HOA! Two incredible team members, Orlando and Miguel, were selected for this month’s Employee Spotlight. Keep reading for their Q&A session with Reina Medina, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bland Landcaping Company.
How many seasons have you participated in the H-2B program with Bland Landscaping and what initially motivated you to join the program?
Orlando: Orlando has been involved in the H-2B program for the past two years, after his uncle recommended it to him. He quickly developed a strong appreciation for it.
Miguel: Miguel has been part of the H-2B program since 2017, driven by a strong desire to take control of his future and grow.
What do you enjoy most about working in the U.S. for the season, both professionally and personally?
Orlando: What Orlando enjoys most about landscaping is the art of striping and the chance to work with specialized equipment. He values the opportunity this role provides for both personal and professional growth.
Miguel: What Miguel appreciates most about working in the U.S. are the opportunities that allow him to thrive and develop professionally.
