Our western NC-based branch managers, account managers, production managers, business development managers and recruiter all met this April for a quarterly meeting at Noble Smoke.
We had 51 managers come together to enjoy a wonderful lunch, share stories about family and work, and—as always—spend time laughing and connecting with each other.
The meeting was hosted by Tim Quesenberry, regional director, and Bland Landscaping CEO, Kurt Bland, joined in as the speaker. Kurt wanted to personally thank everyone for their hard work, remind us of our roots, and reinforce the culture that has shaped our success—and will continue to drive us forward.
It was inspiring for our team to hear Kurt speak so passionately about the future of the company and how deeply he cares about each and every one of us.
Today, our Western Region is made up of three branches in Charlotte, one branch in Greensboro and our first branch in South Carolina, Rock Hill.
