This week reminded me why I recruit for this team. We celebrated our Triangle crews in Apex, Durham, and Wake Forest for Q3, and our managers (me included) served lunch as a small thank-you. The best part was spending time with the folks who make the work happen. Listening to job-site wins, growth goals, and what support they need next.
