Employee Spotlight: Rachael Breen

Today, we’re spotlighting our East Region Floriculturist, Rachael Breen. Rachael doesn’t just design beautiful spaces; she is the logistical hub and master trainer who bridges the gap between a blueprint and the groundbreaking “wow factor” our clients expect.

The Stats:

  • Education: NC State Graduate, B.A. in Design Studies
  • The Journey: Started as a Bland intern in 2021; officially joined the full-time team in 2024.
  • Core Passion: Floriculture and all things plants.
  • Culture Add: Though not part of her official role, Rachael volunteers as a dedicated mentor in our Student Development Program.

Whether she is creating seasonal flower design templates for outdoor spaces across the region or creating precise logistical maps to make field dispatch a breeze, Rachael’s impact is felt in every flower bed we install. Her background in design and her passion for mentorship make her an invaluable asset to our East Region operations.
