- Brandon Eversole: 9 years
- Reed Thorndyke: 8 years
- Justin Vaughan: 12 years

We’ll use Reed Thorndyke to illustrate: Eight years ago, Reed joined Bland fresh out of college, looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact. From the beginning, Reed brought a level of energy, drive, and passion that stood out. He took on challenges, continued to grow as a leader, and never lost the desire to make the people and teams around him better.
Today, Reed is our Western Regional Director, a role he earned by working his way through the organization and consistently demonstrating what leadership at Bland is all about. Reed leads with a passion for excellence. He inspires and motivates his teams, holds a high standard for the work we deliver, and makes sure the Bland Difference is something our clients and teammates experience with each job.
His story is a great example of what can happen when talented people are given an opportunity, supported in their growth, and willing to put in the work.
