Yesterday was my first time attending the CAI-NC Higher Thinking Executive Forum. It did not disappoint.
The opportunity to be immersed with leaders in the HOA industry was invaluable. We got a more detailed understanding of what their challenges are now and looking forward to the future. It confirmed we have many shared experiences and parallels as customer service providers.
The Keynote presentation and workshop from Andrew Davis was engaging—and one of the better participatory presentations I’ve seen in quite some time. His theme of “Selling an Experience,” built on the foundation of the “Loyalty Loop,” resonated with all attendees, as we are all striving to do that an in a culture of instant gratification.
His appropriately titled book, Brandscaping: Unleashing the Power of Partnerships, is pretty on-the-nose, given what I do and who I represent. Can’t wait to dive into some reading this weekend.
