Our coastal team came together to focus on what matters most: Keeping each other safe and celebrating the people who make our success possible.
We had the opportunity to cook and serve lunch for 130 of our hardworking Coastal Carolinas team members—a great way to show our appreciation for the dedication they bring to the table every single day. Their work ethic, commitment, and pride in what they do are what continue to drive our coastal division forward. And, watching our hardworking crews continue to expand, year after year, is a testament to the incredible leaders who support them.

We’ve continued to invest in our coastal division by providing additional resources and support to our branches. It was great to have Ari Abraham (VP of Centralized Services) and Jason Smith (Regional Director) in attendance. They demonstrated the company’s commitment to our teams, reinforced our safety culture, and connected directly with the crews who make our success possible.
A special shout-out to David Martin for preparing an incredible variety of food for everyone. Your hard work and dedication helped make the day a huge success! And to Cameron Pawolczik for organizing this event and helping make Coastal Safety Day such a success. Your planning and coordination brought everyone together for a meaningful day focused on safety, teamwork, and appreciation.
