Exciting news: Bland Landscaping’s service areas just expanded further southeast to Jacksonville, Florida with the new acquisition of Koehn Outdoor.
We are pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of Koehn Outdoor (Koehn), uniting two regional industry leaders in a partnership aimed at expanding high-quality landscape management services throughout the southeastern United States.
Koehn was founded in 2004 by David Koehn, who will continue in his current role leading the company’s Jacksonville office. Koehn’s services include contractual maintenance, seasonal enhancements, irrigation services, pest control and tree services. This alliance represents the seamless alignment of both companies’ goals, vision, and purpose.
