Our talent acquisition specialist, Reina Medina, visited the team at Crescent Commons in Cary, NC to interview Arturo and Moises for our Employee Spotlight of the month. Check out the interview below to learn about their careers with Bland Landscaping Company.
Reina: How has your experience working at Bland Landscaping influenced you both personally and professionally?
- Moises: “I get to learn more every day and gain experience in the industry. I also enjoy being part of such a great team.”
- Arturo: “I love that I can keep growing and gaining new knowledge every day.”
Reina: How long have you been with Bland Landscaping?
- Moises: “I’ve been with Bland Landscaping since 2019 as a foreman, but I’ve been in landscaping for 15 years.”
- Arturo: “I’ve been with the company since 2009, also as a foreman, and before that, I worked in landscaping for 2 years.”
Reina: What’s your favorite aspect of landscaping?
- Moises: “I enjoy being outside and staying busy throughout the day.”
- Arturo: “I really enjoy all aspects of landscaping – using the equipment and working outdoors.”
