We’re proud to share a big milestone from our Wake Forest branch! Congratulations to Jason Barber on his recent promotion from Commercial Grounds Maintenance Foreman to Account Manager.
Dustin, our Wake Forest Branch Manager, has been a key part of supporting Jason’s growth and development. It’s a great example of how strong leadership and mentorship drive career advancement within our team.
We asked Jason a few questions about his transition, here’s what he had to say:
What motivated you to take the leap from foreman to account manager?
“I wanted to expand my knowledge of the industry, take on new challenges, and start climbing the ladder. I’m eager to learn as much as I can in this next chapter of my career.”
What are you most excited to learn or experience in this new role?
“I’m looking forward to building strong customer relationships, understanding clients better, solving problems efficiently, and ultimately making sure they’re happy with the service we provide.”
How do you plan to bring your field experience into building strong relationships with clients?
“Having worked directly on job sites, I understand what it takes to deliver quality work. That firsthand experience helps me communicate more effectively with clients and ensure their expectations align with what’s happening in the field.”
