This year’s Annual Safety Day in Apex brought our team together for a full day focused on what matters most, keeping our people safe and celebrating their hard work.
We were excited to have our Installation and Construction Division join us this year, making it a true cross-team effort. Safety is more than a requirement; it’s a priority and a shared responsibility. These hands-on training ensures we’re staying sharp, prepared, and looking out for each other.
We kicked things off with a group breakfast, followed by a full morning of safety instruction and field exercises. For lunch, our managers stepped up to the grill and cooked some seriously good chicken—a big thank you to them for bringing the heat both on and off the job!
After lunch, we wrapped up the day by recognizing our top-performing team members with quarterly employee awards, a well-earned shout-out to some of the hardest-working individuals in the company.
It’s always a great day when we get the chance to come together, building relationships and reinforcing the teamwork that drives everything we do.
