Yesterday marked my official 29 year anniversary at Foster Lake & Pond Management. 29 years since Johnny Foster gave a young, inexperienced Fisheries & Wildlife grad a shot at what would become an amazing career. I can assure you that 22-year old never thought he would be here today, working with Bland Landscaping Company to grow our brand of stormwater, lake, and pond management into multiple states across the Southeast. Watching our team grow, my kids grow up and work with me, and developing relationships with some of the best people in the industry is what still drives me to this day. I want to thank everyone that has been part of my journey throughout the years. And always remember, the F in Foster stands for FUN!
