Coastal Carolinas Commercial Landscaping

A sandy beach along the Coastal Carolinas at Wilmington
From golf course maintenance to storm recovery, Bland does it all.

Salty air, sandy soil, and lots of moisture make the Coastal Carolinas one of our favorite markets. Going back as far as the 1970s during the development of Bald Head Island, we have had a connection to this region. After years of sending teams to perform highly specialized work in the area, we decided it was time to open a branch. Our portfolio now includes some of the most noteworthy properties in the region. With our newest branch location coming online in Myrtle Beach in 2021, we can offer  commercial landscaping services from Wilmington, North Carolina all the way down to Georgetown, South Carolina.

Landscaping on the coast means more than consistent maintenance. Hurricanes and tropical storms are a fact of life in the Carolinas, and they can wreak devastating damage. When Hurricane Florence struck in 2018, we brought crews and equipment from all over North Carolina to assist with recovery for our customers. Bland was on-site before power was restored, working day-in and day-out to remove debris and repair landscaping installations. From maintaining stormwater management systems to disaster recovery, we’ll be there every step of the way.

Thanks to dedicated personnel and forty years of experience, Bland can tackle any landscaping challenge. We’ll add a hardscape courtyard to an apartment complex or install a state-of-the-art irrigation system according to sound environmental principles. Our robust staffing plans enable us to work at scale, which means that 7,000 acres of HOA property get the same consistent attention to detail as a single office building. We bring a comprehensive array of commercial landscaping services under one umbrella at a competitive price.

Whether you manage a golf course in Myrtle Beach or need a fresh approach for your gated community in Murrells Inlet, we’d love to help you! Give us a call today.
