To me, that question is easy to answer, but Angelique Robb and her team at SYNKD did a much better job of answering the question for me after our interviews.
More frequent large storms, and more impermeable surfaces in built spaces means more green infrastructure that requires a multidisciplinary approach to maintenance and repair. We service the same customers, on the same properties, using much of the same machinery and tools. Combine these facts with a federally regulated environment in which services are not discretionary, and you have a highly predictable, recurring business model that complements our core competencies as a commercial landscape maintenance provider.
